Pursuant to the Law, a living wage should be approved by a separate law, not by the Law on the State Budget of Ukraine for a relevant year, as it is envisaged by Article 4 of the Law "On Living Wage". The Law on Living Wage is approved annually on the grounds of a submission of the Cabinet of Ministers before the scrutiny of the Bill on the State Budget of Ukraine.
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No. 1034.
