Pursuant to Part 3, Article 126 of the Constitution of Ukraine, The Verkhovna Rada gave its consent to detain and arrest Zvarych Ihor Stepanovych, judge of Lviv Administrative Court of Appeal. Pursuant to Paragraph 5, Part 5 of Article 126 of the Constitution of Ukraine, The Verkhovna Rada dismissed him from the office of a judge of Lviv Administrative Court of Appeal due to the violation of the oath.
