The Bill (Reg. No.3078) increases rates of excise duty for ethyl alcohol, alcoholic beverages and malty beer.
Due to prior calculations, "increase of rates of excise duty for the said goods will raise the revenue of the State Budget of Ukraine for 1,5 billion UAH per year".
