The Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules of International Carriage by Air was adopted on 28 May 1999 in Montreal (the Montreal Convention). Accession to the Montreal Convention will facilitate adaptation of Ukrainian laws to the EU legislation.
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No. 0099.
