Oleksandr Lavrynovych: Amendment to the Budget re the Financing of Pre-Termed Elections - is and Issue of Low Importance in Accordance with the Absence of the State Budget

"I have doubts whether the President accomplishes his constitutional right to dissolve Parliament and even if he accomplishes it there are doubts whether he will be able to realize it", - declared the First Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Oleksandr Lavrynovych during the exclusive interview for the "Newspaper 24".

The politician explained "There are courts where the political powers may try to stop the validity of the corresponding act."

The First Chairman stressed on the importance of the adoption of the main finance law of Ukraine. Nevertheless he mentioned that "we do not observe the desire of the Cabinet of Ministers to live in accordance with the law". "Amendment to the Budget re the financing of pre-termed elections is and issue of low importance in accordance with the absence of the State Budget", - the First Vice-Chairman declared.

O. Lavrynovych also expressed a thought that the work of the Temporary Inquire Panel regarding the Check of the National Bank of Ukraine work will not lead to anything as there are no law on the mentioned Temporary Inquiries Panels that is why they do not have right for the investigative activities. "Such panels are formed for the concentration of the attention on the certain bodies of power or can be regarded as the basis for the political advertising".
