"The rapid worsening of the situation in Ukraine leads to the investigation who is guilty", - the First Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Oleksandr Lavrynovych declared during the morning plenary meeting on 23rd of December.
He expressed doubts "in innocence of those who are present in the session hall today, those who are present on Bankova Street". "As the investigating actions starts we will find ourselves in the role of spectators observing soap opera. It is observable that for today we have second oppositional Cabinet of Ministers who will be concurrent for the first one", that is formed by Faction that is in opposition now and has formed Government opposed to the present power. "The oppositional government work in order to show how it is possible to work if have opportunities to influence the stet government", - O. Lavrynovych declared "Everyone one is searching for someone to impose the responsibility"
o. Lavrynovych reminded about Memorandum with the International Currency Fund, signed by the prime-Minister, who now accuse the finance system in accomplishing of the Memorandum.
"From year 2005 we observe disrespect to Law in Ukraine it is the main reason for the parliamentary crisis the Ukraine is going through the 4th year".
"Today will be the next part on how to make that all the necessary decision be adopted and now one be guilty". O. Lavrynovych explained ‘We will start work from the scrutinizing of the resolution and Procedure of Law adoption and State Budget of Ukraine. We forget that there 9is Budget Code in Ukraine that determines the procedure. We obliged to adopt in 3days 17 laws and the sate budget that still do not exist in the Parliament".
"Today I want to emphasize that Ukraine that at the present moment has been in captivity of orange-hearted team for the fourth year, should finally be released from the invaders who captivated it". I refer to you: Dear Orange-hearted Politicians! Disburden Ukraine, please!
