The Law enhances legal base concerning protection from unfair competition and coordinates procedural rules of the Law "On Protection from Unfair Competition" with relevant regulations of the Laws "On Protection of Economic Competition" and "On Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine".
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No. 0978.
