Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, calls for formalization of the coalition agreement and deems necessary to put a stop to idle talk concerning existence of a coalition.
At the Saturday´s conference in Uman, V.Lytvyn stated that a coalition is formed by Deputy Factions, which is declared in the Constitution of Ukraine and confirmed by the resolution of the Constitutional Court. "Resolutions of three Factions and three protocols are available. All the rest is a political discussion", - he stated. However, V.Lytvyn marked that the coalition agreement can be signed with certain restrictions.
