Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, deems necessary to conclude the Constituional reform, but to postpone amendments to the Fundamental Law "at least for a year".

 

"It is quite apparent that the Constitutional reform should be concluded. However, it is not to be done at present", - stated V.Lytvyn at the Saturday's press conference in Uman. - Introduction of amendments to the Constitution should be postponed at least for a year". The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine believes that this issue could be brought up after the presidential campaign.
