The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Resolution "On recognizing the Resolution of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "On Extension of the Period of Use of Housing Cheques for Privatization of State Housing Fund" invalid"

In view of the fact that the Law "On Privatization of State Housing Fund" failed to define the term of use of housing cheques for realization of citizens´ right for privatization of houses from the State Housing Fund, The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine recognized the Resolution of 21 December 2008 "On Extension of the Period of Use of Housing Cheques for Privatization of State Housing Fund" invalid.

 

A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No.3455.
