According to the Bill (Reg.№0107) it is suggested that the Convention according to which the supplement of all kinds of the administrative help in taxation cases is provided, should be ratified.
In particular the Convention determines the list of the taxes and charges regarding which the cooperation is realized. Each of the countries-participants of Convention determines the list of taxes and charges in accordance with its own national laws. It is suggested that the list of taxes and charges that are charged in Ukraine and correspond to those, determined by the Convention should be created.
The bill determines the authorized state bodies to control the implementation of the Convention.
According to the bill Ukraine "has a right not to give help regarding any tax debts that has already existed for the day of entry into force of Convention in Ukraine."
