The Bill (Reg. No.3065) introduced amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements concerning responsibility of the officials of a licensing body, in case they demand that the investors submit documents not envisaged by the legislation. The Bill specifies the terms "investments", "investment project", introduces regulations concerning peculiarities of banks´ investment activity, priority directions of investment activity, etc.
