Pursuant to the Bill, approximately 3 billion UAH are forwarded to the Stabilization Fund at the expense of target-oriented allocation of gilt-edged securities, and unscheduled receipt from surplus of gross revenue over the expenditures of the National Bank of Ukraine (1 billion UAH).
The legislative act includes regulations concerning stabilization of financial conditions of the National Joint-Stock Company "Naftogaz of Ukraine".
A relevant Bill (Reg. No. 3308) was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
