The Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters envisages rendering assistance related to tax matters (exchange of information, including simultaneous tax inspections, and participation in tax inspections abroad, assistance in collection of taxes).
The Law envisages ratification of the Convention with due account taken of certain restrictions.
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No.0107.
