The Law introduces amendments to the Laws "On Restoration of Debtor´s Solvency or declaring him a Bankrupt" and "On Insurance", which specify priority and procedure of insurer´s claims settlement in the case of insurance carrier´s liquidation.
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No.0980.
