According to the Bill (Reg.№3352) it is suggested that the current law should be coordinated with the Law "On licensing system in economic sphere"
It was stressed that according to the Bill the procedure of certificate granting is specified by the bill, concerning the keeping service of grain and products of its production. It was also stressed that Export and Import operations with grain and products of its production except bakery and macaroni foods, will be held with the availability of quality certificate. The grounds for refusal in certificate granting will be stipulated.
