According to Bill (Reg. №3281) it is suggested that the excise rate on tobacco goods should be established on "cigars with tobacco (with cut ends and slim cigars) at a rate of 60grn. for 100 articles; for cigarettes without filter, cigarettes at a rate 35 grn. for 1000 articles; tobacco and tobacco substitute; homogenized tobacco; extracts and essence with tobacco at a rate 25 grn for 1 kilo; jawing tobacco and snuff at a rate for 10 grn for 1kilo ".
The excise rate of the minimal part for each proper name of the cigarettes without filter and cigarettes up to 50 grn. for 1000 articles; cigarettes with filter to 100grn. for 1000 articles.
