The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine 'On the Provision of the Stable Functioning of Fuel and Energy Complex Enterprises"

Legislative Act presupposes the procedure of the amortization of the debts of the Fuel and Energy Complex enterprises (at the state of 1st of July 2005) until the 1st of January 2011. The procedure is admitted by the current law.

The corresponding bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (№3212)
