Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, deems necessary to adopt the State Budget for the next year till the end of a current year.
"This budget should be fair", - stated V.Lytvyn at the Saturday's press conference in Uman. He stressed that "all the public authorities should speak one State language".
Otherwise, a principle "one twelfth of a current-year budget" for each month will be effective in the next year. "This will be unfair with regard to the people", - he underscored.
