The Framework Agreement determines the issues concerning intellectual property, fees, taxes and charges, entry and exit of the personnel, registration of space objects, consultations and settlement of disputes within the scope of cooperation.
The Agreement creates legal prerequisites for further cooperation between Ukraine and the United States of America in the filed of exploration and use of outer space with peaceful purposes in the fields of common interest (space sciences, exploration of the solar system, monitoring of the Earth, aeronautics and other fields).
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No. 0096.
