According to Bill (Reg.№3045) it is suggested that the Amendments to Code of Criminal Procedure, Criminal and Economic Codes of Ukraine and also to the Laws "On state registration of the Juridical person and Natural Person- Entrepreneurs", to Law "On State Taxation Service", "On Taxation System", "On Banks and Banking Activity" should be introduced in order "to improve the normative and legitimate regulation of tax administration and overcoming of economy "shadowing".
