The Bill (Reg. No.2615) introduces amendments to Article 211 of the effective Code, pursuant to which, "the difference in age between an adopter and a child can not exceed 45 years". It is also presupposed that "in case of adoption, the body in charge of custody and care takes into account the age of a younger spouse".
The People´s Deputies upheld the idea of the Bill, though expressed a number of remarks.
