It was stressed on the meeting of the Committee that the bill (Re.№3101) the "formation of the legislative, economic and social conditions for the stimulation of the state support of the development of mining and metallurgical and chemical-recovery complex enterprises of Ukraine, developing of the conditions fir the labour protection and environmental protection according to the EU countries rate". In particular it is proposed to establish the privileged regime of taxation and charge from the pollution of the environment for these enterprises.
The members of the Committee deem that the bill requires the expert conclusion of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine regarding the establishment of its influence on the budget.
It was also stressed during the Meeting that "the bill does not include the strict criteria for the inclusion of the mining and metallurgical and chemical-recovery enterprises of Ukraine into the list of the enterprises that will be given the special privileges".
