The Bill (Reg. No. 2565) envisages that "in Paragraph 2 of Chapter ХІ "Final Provisions" of the Law "On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" the reference to Article 59 should be changed for Article 60". In the result of such change, the effect of Article 60 of the effective Law will extend onto the pensioners former members of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukrainian SSR and the Council of Ministers of Ukrainian SSR.
Introduction of such amendments will result in the extension of the range of subjects whose pensions are provided under the procedure and on terms envisaged by the Law "On State Service". However, the Bill fails to present the motions concerning coverage of extra budget expenditures for the said needs, as it is demanded by the Budget Code of Ukraine and Interim Standing Orders of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The Committee members recommend that the Parliament adopts the Bill as a basis and in its entirety, with due account taken of the introduced motions.
