The Committee on Freedom of Speech and Information considered the issue concerning suspension of broadcasting foreign television channels by cabling in compliance with the resolution of the National Council of Ukraine on television and Radio Broadcasting №1738 of 1 October 2008.
The People´s Deputies resolved to initiate collection of signatures of the People´s Deputies necessary to submit an appeal to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine with a request to interpret legitimacy of the document.
