The treaty determines the authorized bodies of the parties that are responsible for the realization of its principles, procedural and control issues etc.
The State Power Bodies, Enterprises, Institutions, Organizations that are authorized by the state to transfer the sensitive information to the foreign partner are the subjects of the Treaty implementation
The order of the information exchange, determined by the treaty, gives the Security Service of Ukraine and the Prime-Ministerof Kazakhstan Office the opportunity to provide the supervision of the cooperation principles according to the state law in the process pf the sensitive information exchange.
