The Agreement determines the periods connceted with the information with restricted access; envisages the procedure of mutual exchange, treatment and protection of such information; conclusion of secret treaties and holding of visits of the representatives of both States to the secret objects; defines the authorized bodies of the Parties responsible for implementation of the Agreement; determines issues concerning procedure and supervision.
A relevant Bill (Reg. No.0081) was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
