The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship upholds the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On Grain and Grain Market in Ukraine" (re Specification of Certificate Issue Procedure)

The Bill (Reg. No.3352) specifies the procedure of issue of a conformance certificate related to the services concerning storage of grain and products of its processing that is granted by a specially authorized public authority body in charge of public control over the quality of grain and products of its processing. Pursuant to the Bill, export-import transactions with grain and products of its processing, except of bakery and macaroni products, should be conducted, provided a certificate testifying the quality of grain and products of its processing is available.  

 

The legislative act also includes the regulation that stipulates the grounds for denial in the issue of relevant certificates or their termination.
