"The Proposition made by A.Yatseniuk on the Temporary Treaty between the President, Government and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is nothing but the attempt to remove the responsibility for the results of unqualified and aimed only on narrow interests work of the management of the country the Government and the President", - declared the First Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Oleksandr Lavrynovych.
O. Lavrynovych deems that "the President and the Prime-Minister are the leaders of the political powers (Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc, Bloc "Our Ukraine People's Self-Defence"), that have formed the executive power and have caused by their activity unparalleled inflation, economical and financial crisis".
The First Vice-Chairman declared that "the factions of the political parties are represented in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and they have the authority given by the citizens to act in their interests. But the Government is a product of the activity of two factions - Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc, Bloc "Our Ukraine People's Self-Defence" that have created after the elections the coalition, lacking vital capacity"
