Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No. 1058), legal proceedings in economic cases are conducted in Ukrainian language, and in Russian language in case the petition of the Party is available. The court should grant the petition by common consent.
People´s Deputy V.Kolisnichenko, one of the authors of the Bill, stated that Ukrainian Constitution and legislation, as well as regulations of international Law (the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms) secure realization of a right of effective judicial protection.
Furthermore, the Bill will affect the expenditures of the State Budget.
