According to the Bill (Reg.№3344), presented by Peoples Deputies V. Kyrylenko, K. Liapina, V. Viazivskiy, M. Kulchynskiy it is proposed that the economy of the state and local funds and compulsory state insurance should be implemented for the period until the 31st of December 2009. In particular it is supposed to prohibit the state power bodies the local self-governing bodies and also enterprises of state and municipal property increase the personnel; maintenance of expenses. It is also presupposed by the bill to implement the aid on partial unemployment; financing of the social work at the expense not only of the local budget but the state one as well; strengthening of the pension system etc.
During the discussion of the bill the members of the Committee expressed the series of the proposition and remarks.
Taking into the consideration all the remarks the Committee deems that bill can be supported in the first reading. It will not allow ‘the formation of the legislative collisions because of the law imperfection and the actions of the particular power bodies"
