Mykola Tomenko: First of all the Parliament must adopt the Budget for the Next Year and then scrutinize the Issues on the Elections.
One of the leaders of Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc, the Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Mykola Tomenko was announced the statement on the briefing.
He declared that the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc suggested that the leaders of other factions should scrutinize immediately three principle budget issues regarding the life of all the Ukrainians. "From the year 1996 Ukraine never stepped into the next budget year without the adopted State Budget. If the Parliament will go for the pre-termed elections without the adoption of the certain laws it will be crime against the Ukrainian people", - Mykola Tmenko considers.
He stressed that first the amendments to the state budget regarding the implementation of the bill "On the Prestige of the Miner´s Work", on the payment of the devalued deposits to the citizens and on the support of the functioning of our army should be scrutinized.
The second bill is already prepared and scrutinized in the first reading the Budget Code that will let the local self-governing bodies feel freer in the finance situation in the next budget year. The last bill that Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc recommends scrutinize id the Bill of the State Budget for the next year.
"After these three legislative initiatives will be scrutinized, we are ready to hear the initiators of the pre-termed elections on the amendments to the election laws and the allocation of funds for the elections campaign", - stated Mykola Tomenko. All the amendments should be adopted today and Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc is ready to work in non-stop regieme.
"First of all people should be supported and the normal life should be provided at least till the end of this budget year", - declared Mykola Tomenko.
