The treaty presupposes the creation of the organizational and legitimate conditions for the cooperation between Ukraine and European Space Agency in the Sphere of investigation and peaceful use of Space and also for the implementation of the projects that are of the common interest (space science, investigation of the solar system, environmental monitoring etc). The Parties will conclude treaties concerning the projects in future.
