The members of the Committee declared that according to the bill (Re.№3079) it is suggested to establish from the 1st of January 2009 the duty of the foreigners and people without the citizenship to supply their biometric information for the entry visa in the diplomatic missions and consulates of Ukraine abroad and also during passing the state frontier border. It was stressed that that the establishment of the list of the corresponding data and the order of its concession should be in the authority of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The adoption of the law will facilitate the conditions against the illegal migration and the implementation of the identification system of foreigners and people without the citizenship according to their biometric data.
