"The experience in the work of the Parliament of the 6th Convocation certifies the facts that for the adoption of the "non-political" bills vote four and a half of Factions of the five existing in Verkhovna Rada. The cooperation of these factions are in great demand today in order to enable the consequences of the world finance crisis in Ukraine", - declared Vice-Chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament.

The Chairman of the German-Ukrainian Group on Interparliamentary Relations of Bundestag of Federal Republic of Germany, Bärbel Kofler stated that the importance of the working Parliament is evident.
