During the Meeting it was declared that bill (Re.№2740) presupposes the amendments to the legislative acts of social direction aiming at the provision of the disabled with the cars (with those announced as humanitarian aid). In particular it is recommended to provide the only terminology of motor transport supplement (free-of-charge or on the privileged conditions etc).
Moreover, the bill regulates the process if car transferring into the ownership of the members of the family in case of death of disabled person.
The members of the Committee stressed that the adoption of the document will improve the legal regulation for the realization of the state guarantees according the provision with cars of the disabled people with lesions in locomotor apparatus and their families.
