The Committee members recommend that The Verkhovna Rada ratifies the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on Mutual Protection of Secret Information (Reg. No.0078), the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Mutual Protection of Secret Information (Reg. No.0079), the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Kingdom of Norway on Protection of Information with Restricted Access (Reg. No.0081), the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on Mutual Protection of Secret Information (Reg. No.0082), the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Albania on Mutual Protection of Secret Information (Reg. No.0084).
Each Agreement envisages the procedure of mutual exchange and treatment of secret information, defines competent bodies of the Parties in charge of implementation of the Agreements, procedural and supervisory issues.
It is necessary to ratify the Agreements due to the requirements of the Laws "On International Agreements of Ukraine" and "On State Secret".
