The National Program (Reg. No.2695) aims at stabilization of epidemiologic situation in Ukraine connected with spread of HIV-infection\AIDS.
Thus, the Program envisages provision of due antiretroviral therapy to the HIV\AIDS-infected, enhancement of the system of voluntary diagnostics of HIV-infection, training of experts in HIV\AIDS, translation of radio and television programs that cover issues of HIV\AIDS, conduct of relevant elucidatory work among the population, establishment of a single system of monitoring and assessment in the said field
