The Law regulates the public relations, connected with the elaborated regulatory and legal acts, their adoption, their in force status, state registration, determines the only demands to the norms projecting techniques for the all subjects of norm forming.
To the regulatory and legal acts are referred the laws and under laws regulatory and legal acts. To the Laws refer: Constitution of Ukraine; Codes of Ukraine. Under Law regulatory and legal acts: "the resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine; President´s of Ukraine orders; resolutions of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine; orders, instructions, resolutions of ministery and other central executive bodies; resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Autonomous Republic of Crimea; resolutions of the Rada of Ministers of Autonomous Republic of Crimea; ministery´s and other executive body´s of Autonomous Republic of Crimea orders; instructions of the Chairmen and orders of administrations, departments other structural subunits local state administrations; resolutions of the local councils and their executive bodies; resolutions of local and common Ukrainian referendums; instructions of the village, state Councils´ Chairmen".
The corresponding bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, №1343-1.
