The Bill (Reg. No.1403) eliminates drawbacks of effective procedural legislation concerning establishment of jurisdiction and competence of cases to economic and administrative courts.
According to the Committee members, the Bill envisages that "competence of economic courts is extended onto the disputes that originate in the course of organization and performance of economic activity between its subjects". Moreover, "it is extended on cases concerning recognition of right or ascertainment of facts that have no characteristics of dispute on rights, and are of legal consequence".
The Committee upholds the Bill. However, introduced amendments to Article 12 of the Economic Procedural Code are to be specified.
