The treaty presupposes the cooperation of the Parties in the spheres: buying of weapon, military techniques, data transfer, conducting of the scientific-research works, allocation of the licenses on the weapon production, training of the military personnel in the special enterprises of Ukraine, mutual secret data protection and in other spheres of the military-technical cooperation.
The corresponding bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, №0088.
