Mykola Tomenko; "The effectively working Parliament the serious ground for its pre-term dissolution"
"Probably, Viktor Yushchenko was in haste with the emotional statemets on non-effective cooperation of the Parliament with the President, as from the following legitimate initiatives the President has signed already 9 laws on the ratification and 4 basic laws among which are those, concerning the increase of the salary of the workers of the budget sphere, the coal-mining industry support etc", - stated Mykola Tomenko.
He declares, that divergent scenarios regarding the pre-term dissolution of the Parliament as though because of it non-effective work and the absence of the coalition are absurd, as for today at least 4,5 of 5 factions of the Parliament work effectively and in concord. They adopt essential laws and decisions for the country.
