The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On the ratification of the treaty between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of San Marino on the mutual assistance and protection of the investments "

The treaty is aimed at the development of the investment cooperation between Ukraine and San Marino.

According with the treaty each Side of the Treaty on the territory of its state give the regime to the investments and the investor´s income of the other Treaty Side that is fair and equal that is not less favorable than it gives to the investments of its own investors or investors of any other country.
