The Bill (Reg. No.2576) establishes the charge for licenses on production, export and import of spirits, alcoholic and tobacco goods depending on the cost of services rendered.
In the European Union, legal relations appertaining to the establishment of licensing procedure for certain types of economic activity with due account taken of peculiarities defines by special laws are regulated at the level of national legislation of the EU member States.
The Committee members stated that regulations of the said Bill complied with acquis communautaire.
