23 September 2008, 14:43

Pursuant to the Bill (Reg. No.3152), the charge for the development of vinegrowing, horticulture and hop growing paid by the subjects of entrepreneurship irregardless of the form of ownership and subordination that conduct wholesale and retail trade of alcoholic beverages and beer is raised from one to one and a half per cent of the rate. The Bill also alters the procedure of reallocation and use of funds collected due to the said charge, and defines that a central executive body that implements State policy in the said sector is the administrator of funds.
