The Bill (Re №3068) is aimed at the coordination of the Law "On the commodity exchange" and of the other legitimate acts on the exchanges with the order of their registration established by the Law "On the State registration of the juridical persons-entrepreneurs".
In particular, it is suggested that the indicated items should be normalized through the introduction of the amendments to the item 3 of the Law "On the State registration of the juridical persons-entrepreneurs" in the part of the expulsion of the exchanges from the list of juridical persons, registration of which is accomplished by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
