The Bill (Reg. No.2307) creates legislative base for implementation of citizens´ housing right. The Bill defines legal, organizational, social and economic principles of State policy in the housing sector.
Thus, the Bill includes regulations appertaining to the following issues: origination, realization and termination of housing property right; registration of citizens who are in need of housing or improvement of housing conditions, rendering of housing; realization of rights and fulfillment of duties of housing owners and users; preservation and reservation of housing in public and municipal ownership.
Relevant articles of the Bill regulate the procedure of conversion of residential houses and premises into non-residential.
The Bill envisages differentiated introduction of certain regulations of the Code.
