According to the bill (Re.№3140) it is suggested to introduce the amendments to the item 14 of this law regarding the determination of the National radio broadcasting and National television companies of Ukraine, the order of the assignation and dismissal of the chairmen and to reject the formation of Public television and radio broadcasting in Ukraine.
On the meeting the members of the Committee declared that the main aim of the bill is to eliminate the drawbacks of some principles of the current law and the transfer to the digital tele and radio broadcasting and the initiation of the system of public television.
