The Bill (Reg. No.3015) is aimed at implementation of the Government´s program "Ukrainian Breakthrough: for People, not Politicians". It aims at enhancement of the structure and orientation of State funding of scientific sector.
The Bill defines the principles of financial provision of scientific and scientific and technical activity.
Adoption of the Bill will improve State administration in the field of scientific and scientific and technical activity, increase effectiveness of its budget funding, and coordinate it with effective legislation and international standards.
