The Agreement aims at creation of legal prerequisites necessary for obtainment of the loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development for the development of infrastructure of the public enterprise "Illichivsk Trade Sea Port".
A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No. 0055.
